Job Description :Our client is looking for Project Controls Specialist to join the team.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline 
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or related roles 
• Demonstrated experience with Data Analytics - developing data visualizations using MS Excel, Power BI or other analytic tools  Demonstrated experience with Financial Management Systems 
• Strong understanding of project management principles and stage/gate processes.

Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

Proven Experience In :
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for all phases of Distribution Capital Projects  Develop and administer cost and resource-loaded project schedules  Monitor project progress and identify variances against baseline schedules  Prepare and deliver accurate cost reports, including earned vs. burned analysis, project cost and schedule metrics (CPI and SPI), and earned value reports.  Monitor and update project schedules, milestones, and completion timetables.  Generate resource availability vs. requirement reports based on the Distribution Annual Capital Plan; provide monthly reports comparing actual vs. planned hours by resource type
