Job Description :Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join the team. 

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Valid PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner or PMP certification.
• Valid PROSCI (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification
• 10 years’ experience managing information technology projects in a healthcare environment. Experience should include reporting progress to senior clinical management and ensuring the safe implementation of software solutions in a clinical environment. The response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 10 years.
• 5 years’ experience implementing or upgrading the Altera Sunrise suite of products in an acute care environment. Experience should include coordinating implementation with clinical resource and management and ensuring that all staff are adequately prepared for the new system
• 5 years’ experience directly testing or coordinating the testing of the integration of healthcare information systems using the Health Level 7 (HL7) standard.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• 5 years’ experience leading to the implementation of a healthcare information system to be deployed on a provincial or state-wide level. Experience should include developing operational and clinical requirements for the standardization of clinical services
• 5 years’ experience implementing large healthcare solutions in a clinical setting. Experience should include managing high level clinical stakeholders and managing large multi-stream project teams

Proven Experience In :
Facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology.  The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
