Job Description :Our client is looking for a Change Management Specialist to join the team.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Valid Prosci (ADKAR) certification
• Valid Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification
• 10 years’ experience performing organizational change management for large projects implementing information technology, process, or business architecture solutions.
• 7 years’ experience in project management or team lead role implementing projects. Experience should include developing plans and coaching resources.
• 5 years’ experience developing training materials and curriculum for process changes

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• 3 years’ experience performing organizational change management while implementing a standardized clinical plan across multiple healthcare organizations
• 1 year of experience developing operational delivery models to improve patient access in a healthcare setting

Proven Experience In :
The resource  will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology.  The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
