Job Description :Our client in Saskatchewan is looking for a Business Analyst.
Must Have Primary Skills :We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major enterprise systems initiative involving imaging systems, AI-enabled workflow enhancements, and ERP platform modernization. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in enterprise imaging workflows, system integrations, and ERP modules such as Oracle Cloud, SAP, or Dynamics 365, along with proven ability to support vendor evaluation and system replacement projects.
You will collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups, document current and future workflows, lead requirements discovery, and support procurement-ready documentation for software selection and implementation.
Responsibilities
Requirements & Workflow Analysis
- Facilitate workshops with business, technical, and operational teams to document current-state and future-state workflows
- Analyze imaging workflow data, system interactions, and end-to-end process gaps

Capture functional, non-functional, integration, and interface requirements

Develop process maps, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria

Ensure requirements are aligned across departments and stakeholder groups
Vendor Evaluation & Software Replacement
- Produce documentation to support vendor assessments, solution comparisons, and business cases

Assist in preparing technical and functional evaluation criteria

Support RFP/RFI content, scoring matrices, feasibility studies, and selection recommendations

Participate in product demonstrations and validation sessions
Integration & Technical Collaboration
- Work with architecture and technical teams on system workflows, data routing, and integration specifications

Support analysis for imaging and ERP data flows, transformation rules, and quality checks

Document API/interface requirements and cross-system dependencies
Testing & QA
- Lead SIT/UAT planning, develop test scripts, coordinate defect resolution

Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and implementation deliverables
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Strong
written, verbal, and presentation skills

to engage senior executives and diverse stakeholder groups
- Facilitate
communications, gather feedback, and secure approvals
Project Documentation & Quality
- Create
and review business cases, project charters, scope documents, reports, and
presentations

- Develop/manage
project plans including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues

execution, financials, and scope changes

meetings and document decisions/outcomes
Leadership & Team Management
- Guide
project team members and allocate resources effectively
- Prioritize
tasks and provide performance feedback
Process Improvement & Change Management
- Lead
workflow reviews and improvement initiatives

Core Technical & Industry Knowledge
- Knowledge
of procurement, project planning, budgeting, and tracking
- Expertise
in change management, clinical workflows, clinical informatics, program
management, implementation planning, data architecture, analytics
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :Core BA Skills
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Proven ability to lead workshops and extract requirements from cross-functional teams
- Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, FDD, RTM, workflow maps)
Enterprise Imaging & AI-Adjacency Experience (Preferred)
- Experience with imaging systems, image routing, or enterprise imaging workflows

Familiarity with PACS/RIS/DICOM concepts (direct or adjacent experience acceptable)

Exposure to AI-enabled workflow tools or image-based decision support systems (asset)
ERP & Operational Systems
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP S/4HANA, Dynamics 365, or similar platforms

Knowledge of inventory, costing, billing, supply chain, or work-order management
Procurement & Vendor Support
- Exposure to vendor evaluation, RFP/RFI development, business case preparation

Experience supporting enterprise software replacement projects
Technical Skills

Understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, and interface requirements
